Cameron Dewar is the third-generation leader of Dewar Industrial Services Inc., a firm founded in 1957 by his grandfather. Growing up in the company, Cameron worked his way through multiple roles—from field apprentice to site supervisor—immersing himself in scaffolding, insulation, civil construction, and abatement trades across power generation and industrial sectors. Over the years, he has successfully led nuclear-focused projects in partnership with Ontario’s major generating stations, coordinating maintenance, hazardous material abatement, and scaffolding services in highly regulated environments. Through hands-on leadership in roles such as Project Manager and Division Director, Cameron reinforced Dewar’s deep technical expertise and safety-first culture. Drawing on a legacy of more than six decades, he champions innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence—ensuring the company remains a trusted partner in complex nuclear and energy infrastructure projects. Today, as President, Cameron carries forward the Dewar tradition with a vision to grow the next generation—building on a family-rooted ethos of quality, safety, and client-focused execution in highly specialized industrial arenas.
