Frank is a graduate of Fanshawe College with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Frank has completed advanced training in project management and leadership. He actively contributes to the industry through various boards and committees, underscoring his commitment to fostering growth in the construction sector. Frank is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at E.S. Fox Limited. He plays an active role in the pursuit of complex projects across various sectors, including Nuclear Energy, Mining, Infrastructure and Transit. His expertise encompasses Environmental Health and Safety, Quality Assurance, Construction Management and Contract Law. Frank is recognized for his leadership in building cohesive teams that thrive on collaboration and communication. His strategic vision includes extensive work in the development of regional growth strategies that position the company for sustainable success. Outside of work, Frank enjoys writing, cycling, baseball, and maritime history.
