As the next generation of leadership at Liburdi, Gianni succeeded his father and founder, Joe Liburdi, in carrying forward the family-owned business. With 25 years of experience at the firm and currently operating as Director of Corporate Affairs, he undertakes an active role in management while upholding the vision that has guided the company since its inception. Over the past four and a half decades, Gianni has witnessed Liburdi Engineering’s evolution from a one-man consultancy into an integrated group of companies with more than 400 employees worldwide. He has held key roles both at the company’s Dundas headquarters and its affiliates abroad, including several years at Liburdi Dimetrics’ sister plant in Mooresville, NC, and over a decade overseeing operations at Liburdi Shanghai in China. Throughout his career, Gianni has remained focused on expanding Liburdi’s specialized capabilities in the field of advanced automated welding to global markets, driving the company into its next phase of growth.
